Cameron Lail grew up in the small farming community of Frankenmuth, Michigan, where he was actively involved in the community and achieved the rank of Eagle Scout — an accomplishment he remains proud of today.
He graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Economics before moving to Boston to pursue a career in financial services. Cameron began his career with a regional firm, where he spent five years before joining UBS Private Wealth Management.
At UBS, Cameron worked with ultra-high-net-worth families and public company executives, helping them plan for the sale of insider stock, design complex multi-generational financial plans, and advise founders during the early stages of their businesses. He also worked closely with the investment bank, tailored lending group and portfolio advisory group to build complex asset allocations utilizing leverage and derivatives.
In 2023, Cameron and his wife, Lauren, relocated to Dallas, where they soon welcomed their first daughter. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, playing sports, building computers, and spending time with his family.
